Returns Process
To return an item, simply contact us at [[email protected]] within 15 days. We will provide specific return instructions and arrange for a refund or exchange upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and ensuring safe packaging for delivery without damage.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you that we have received your return. Once we confirm the item is undamaged, a refund will be initiated, typically within 5-7 business days of our receiving it.
Refunds
If you are returning an item for a refund, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Purchases via credit card will be credited to your statement, which may take an additional 2-10 business days after initiated.
- Purchases via PayPal will be credited to your PayPal account.
We issue refunds for the full purchase price of the item, not including original shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale items may be refunded for the sale price, not the original price. Promotional discounts and credits also may be deducted from refunds.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exceptions
The following items are final sale and non-returnable except due to defect:

- Swimwear
- Special order or personalized items
