We will provide specific return instructions and arrange for a refund or exchange upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and ensuring safe packaging for delivery without damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon receiving your returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you that we have received your return. Once we confirm the item is undamaged, a refund will be initiated, typically within 5-7 business days of our receiving it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are returning an item for a refund, the refund will be processed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Purchases via credit card will be credited to your statement, which may take an additional 2-10 business days after initiated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchases via PayPal will be credited to your PayPal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We issue refunds for the full purchase price of the item, not including original shipping fees.
