Laura Clery’s 3-Minute Laura Celery Juice
It’s been a rough year. Really, it’s been the fucking worst. I’m sure you’ve noticed. But we are here to HELP! And by help, I mean provide you with recipes that you’ll spend less time making than you’ll probably spend reading this article.
This juice really, honestly will take three minutes to whip up, involves minimum effort, AND you’ll probably already have these ingredients hanging around your refrigerator and cabinet. The best part is, this quick-to-make snack is full of all things that are good for you (truly a blessing, considering the shit storm that has been 2020). The cucumbers will hydrate you and are loaded with antioxidants. Celery prevents inflammation. Lemons are full of Vitamin C and are good for the kidneys. Apples aid in blood flow. Ginger will help get rid of nausea or that nagging headache. And turmeric is basically a dream plant, full of antioxidants and good things for the brain.
I’m not saying this juice will cure all your life problems, but it will help! And we could all use just a little help these days. So here you have it, Laura’s Celery Juice!
